We’re excited to announce our latest addition to our collection, the LMC Jasmine & Orange Blossom Rooibos.
This beautifully balanced blend brings together delicate jasmine petals and sun-dried orange peel. The soft floral notes of jasmine create a gentle sense of calm, while the citrus adds a light, refreshing lift.
It’s the kind of tea that fits easily into your day. A quiet cup in the afternoon when you need a moment to reset, or a calming evening ritual as the day begins to slow down. It’s a blend that feels effortless and soothing.
Before the Bloom
At LMC, we love working with botanicals, and jasmine is a natural fit for this blend. Known for its calming properties, jasmine is often enjoyed for its ability to help you unwind and gently lift your mood, making it a beautiful addition to rooibos, which is naturally rich in antioxidants.
With LMC rooted in the heart of the Cederberg’s citrus valley, orange blossom feels like a natural extension of this blend. Its soft citrus notes bring a light freshness that complements the floral jasmine perfectly.
We also use whole jasmine flowers, adding a delicate visual element to the tea. As the pyramid teabag infuses, the petals add a visual touch to every cup.
How to Enjoy
Hot brew
For a comforting cup, use one teabag for every 250 ml of freshly boiled water. Allow it to steep for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea. Enjoy as is, or add a touch of milk, honey, or sugar. It’s best once slightly cooled, at around 60 °C, when the flavours are at their most balanced.
Ice tea
For a refreshing option, brew your tea as above and allow it to cool before serving over ice.
Add a drizzle of honey or a splash of fruit juice for a little sweetness, or try it with cold frothed milk for a smooth iced tea latte.
